Red Espresso - Red Crema Plus Portafilter Basket

Red Espresso can be made in a regular filter basket, but this red crema plus portafilter basket makes it much easier. This filter basket is made specifically for pulling shots of red espresso from your commercial espresso machine. It has less holes, which allows the red espresso to extract at a slower pace, which makes for the perfect red espresso shot. This filter basket is easily put in place and removed from any double portafilter.
When using a regular filter basket in your portafilter, the shot will have to be preinfused before extracting. Please see our recipe section for instructions on how to preinfuse a shot of red espresso.
