Red Espresso
Red espresso is made by expressing Aspalathus Linearis, commonly known as rooibos (or "red") tea, through an espresso machine. Produced under patent, this finely ground rooibos tea - when prepared using an espresso machine - delivers a tea espresso which is naturally caffeine-free, rich in antioxidants and coated with saffron-coloured crema. Like coffee, it forms the basis for a range of espresso-based Rooibos drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes and iced teas.
