Shipping Information: We only ship to the US at this time.
-Packages are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays)if ordered before 12:00 PM MST.
-Only items weighing under 1lb can be shipped to a PO Box. Items weighing more than this must be shipped to a valid street address.
-Please give us a call if you need a priority package shipped and you are ordering after 12:00PM MST and we will do our best to get it out the door immediately.
-Please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail if you have any special shipping requirements or needs.
-A confirmation e-mail with tracking number will be sent within 48 hours of your order, please e-mail tiffany@equipmentoutfitters.com if you did not receive confirmation.
Return Policy:
You may return all unopened items purchased at Equipment Outfitters within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refund less shipping unless our error.
